Dr Anthony Burneikis is an orthopaedic surgeon who offers private practice specialisation in elbow, shoulder and knee surgery.
Dr Anthony Burneikis was educated in Sydney, completing his medical degree with honours at the University of New South Wales. He subsequently trained in orthopaedic surgery through the Australian Orthopaedic training program in Sydney. Upon completion, Dr Burneikis obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2002.
In 2003, Dr Burneikis undertook post-fellowship training at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London, England, as the Commonwealth Fellow, gaining sub-specialty expertise in surgery of the knee and shoulder.
Dr Burneikis is trained in both arthroscopy and arthroplasty of the shoulder and knee, including autologous cartilage grafting. He is committed to the Central Coast region and welcomes both public and private patients.
